The openwaf.dev website sets no cookies. It does not use localStorage or sessionStorage, analytics tools or resources loaded from third parties (such as fonts, scripts or embedded content). The language is chosen only through links.
Because nothing is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner and no consent is needed. Our servers keep request logs for security, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
2. The future dashboard
The web dashboard at app.openwaf.dev is not available yet. Before it uses any cookie or similar technology, we will publish the corresponding information and, where required, ask for your consent.
3. Cookies on our customers’ websites
Some OpenWAF features that a customer can enable on its own websites, such as the access gate or challenges, may set cookies on the customer’s own domain. Those cookies are strictly necessary to provide the protection that the customer has configured, so they do not require consent under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the equivalent rules of other countries.
4. Information for customers
If you use those features, you are responsible for informing the visitors of your websites about these cookies, for example in your own cookie policy. If you need details about the cookies a feature sets (name, purpose and duration), write to [email protected] and we will provide them.
